FAQ

Common questions

Still wondering about something? Book a call and ask us directly.

What happens on the intro call?

We spend about 30 minutes learning about your business, your current tools, and what you hope AI could do for you. You'll leave with two or three concrete ideas and an honest view of whether it's worth going further.

How much does it cost?

The intro call is free with no obligation. If we continue, we'll agree on a fixed-price engagement up front, from a single discovery session to ongoing advisory.

Do I need a technical background?

Not at all. Most of our clients are business owners and operators. We translate the technical details into decisions you can make.

Are consultations virtual?

Yes. Every consultation is a virtual video call, so we can work with you wherever you are. Our team works across US Central and Gulf time zones, which is why you'll find evening, daytime and weekend slots. On-site workshops can be arranged for training engagements.

How should I prepare?

Come with one or two problems that eat up your team's time, and a rough sense of your budget. That's enough for a productive first conversation.
